Favela on Top: Cantagalo Athletes Make Musical Debut

Professor Alexandre "Buda" Ribeiro and athletes Natan Chueng and Jhonathan "Moicano" Marques do Tererê Kid’s Project participated in filming of the music video for "Favela Venceu" by MC Cabelinho.

Mc Cabelinho was born and raised in the Cantagalo community and has been training at Terere Kid Project during the quarantine.

The video highlighted athletes from the favela, demonstrating to children in the community that there are "facts".
